Waste Reduction
With the adoption of a CTP workflow, we have eliminated film and with it, the heavy metal waste that accompanied the printing process. We have also eliminated the hazardous film chemistry that was required. Any hazardous solvent waste is shipped to a fuel-blending facility for use in industrial waste-fired boilers as energy.
